Last week, Federal Judge Terry Means upheld Palo Pinto County's new electioneering rules. He denied the request from two right wing organizations Palo Pinto Conservatives and Grassroots Mineral Wells to enjoin Palo Pinto County from enforcing its new electioneering rules during voting on county property. These rules were put in place to protect voters and other citizens from harassment and intimidation of voters like occurred during the primary election on March 5 this year. This is an important decision as the upcoming city election in Mineral Wells this coming Saturday is hotly contested.

Interesting that you dont have the appeal for the electioneering rules up. And good luck on that voter intimidation lawsuit. You will not win that one because the people that filed the lawsuit are the ones that did the voter intimidation.
